Exercise Journal: 30.11.2015

– Locust
– Lotus
– Front Split

I had a much easier time doing the splits today than last time, but they still don’t come easy. Really weird, but my right leg was much more flexible than the left during splits time. I did it a couple of times on each side and held them for a while to try to relax my hamstring. I’m hoping over to be able to move on to the cold split practice soon. Didn’t do side splits today unfortunately. I wish I had, but I was exhausted. 😦
