Exercise Journal: 28.11.2015

– Locust
– Lotus
– Front Split
– Side Split

I wasn’t really sore until I started working out. Needless to say I only did the front splits once and briefly. Taking a break tomorrow. Lotus was definitely improved. I feel stalled on locust, so I’ll be looking for some help there.
