Wall Middle Split:
Hamstrings a little sore. Went slightly easy on them.
– Warm Up: Stretching, Splits, Bridge, Handstands, Rolls, Handstand Rolls, Extensions, Cartwheels, Front Limber
– Tumble Track: Front Handsprings, Back Handsprings
– Trampoline: Front Flips, Back Flips
– Burn Out: Tuck Jumps, Burpees, Staggered Push ups, Side Crunches, Supermans, V Ups, Skaters, Bridge Push Ups
So fun! I did back handspring no spot! Front and back tuck came back very easily! Also pretty cool was my splits during warm up were pretty low since we actually did a real warm up, as opposed to going straight into stretches! Super happy! Probably going to work on back handsprings more, as well as sequential flips and probably walkover.
