Exercise Journal: 23.11.2015

EXERCISE:
EasyFlexibility:
– Locust
– Lotus
– Front Split
– Side Split

Wall Middle Split:
– Supine and Prone

Back from traveling! I was very surprised at how much I didn’t lose, at least for Locust, Front and Side Splits. Unfortunately, there was some regression with the lotus. I’ve add over split for front split since I’m only a few inches off the ground. Also, I think I might do 3 sets of side split instead of one and reduce focusing so much on the wall splits.
