– Locust
– Lotus
– Front Split
– Middle Split

Wall Middle Split:
– Supine and Prone

Tried to stretch my oversplit because I was so low. Didn’t feel too bad! Middle split prone was painful. I’ve accidently done every other day instead of three on one off this week, but it’s working for me.
