– Locust
– Lotus
– Front Split
– Middle Split

Wall Middle Split: 20 mins
– Supine and Prone

Trying to find shorter front and middle split routines for vacay. Thinking about this one, which is short, but daily. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D0AJYEMJrEo Locust and lotus should be easy to condense. I’m also thinking I’ll could two programs a day for one hour alternating for 4 days with 1 day rest in between.
