– Locust
– Lotus
– Front Splits
– Side Splits

Wall Middle Splits

I felt really sore and wanted to take a break, but I decided to just take it slow instead. Front splits felt okay. Trying not to focus too much on speedy results there.

Not so sore today, except hamstrings, but even they felt better today.
