I’m over stretched. My hamstrings would not budge today. I even delayed them until night, but that did not help. I’m going to have to take a break. 😦 I did Extended Length Conditioning instead hoping it would help my legs loosen up. It did not. I’m probably going to try cow face and handstand or tuck and pike instead.
