Exercise Journal: 18.08.2015

GMB Handstand Press Week Six
– Wrist Warm Up
– Straddle Stand Line Work
– Skill: Floor Prep Foot Slide
– Conditioning: Frogger Stalls
– Wall Stretch

Splits:
– EasyFlexibility: Side Split

I was getting annoyed with the Frogger Stalls, so I tried to complete the movement by pointing my toes and lifting my legs into a handstand and it work!! I did that for a couple of reps and got in one good negative, the others were too reliant on my back and not hips.

I wanted to do splits, but it says to do them 3 times a week, so I’m ignoring that for middle split only. 😛
