My line work sucks. I’m getting a lot better at all the wall stuff though. If only I could balance better. 😦

    How do you like the GMB program? Are you doing a specific program for your gymnastics?

      I like it a lot. I just wish it were in person. For gymnastics I just do what the class does for the first hour and go off and do Gmb for the second half.
