– Primary Series (stopped at Navasana)
– Finishing Sequence

Straddle Practice:
– Side Split: 10 min video
– Middle Split: 8 minute video

14.07.2015
Gymnastics: 2hr
– Floor work: stretch, splits, bridge, handstands, rolls, cartwheels, front limber, front handstand
– Tumble track: front handspring
– Floor: GMB Handstand Press, splits, band bend exercises!

16.07.2015
Gymnastics: 2hr
– Floor work: stretch, splits, bridge, handstands, rolls, cartwheels, front limber, front handstand
– Floor: GMB Handstand Press, splits!

18.07.2015
GMB Handstand Press:
– Wrist Warm Up
– Shoulder Warm Up
– Handstand line Work
– Straddle Handstand
– Straddle Handstand Break the Line
– Straight leg Frogger variations

Straddle Practice:
– Side Split: 10 min video
– Middle Split: 8 minute video

So I’ve learned a lot about my handstands from this program. Major things were my fingers, shoulders and balancing. Getting things aligned really makes a huge difference, as does squeezing and correct placement.
