Exercise Journal: 25.06.2015

EXERCISE:
Bikram Hot Yoga: 90 mins

I started out hating it and ended up liking it. The only thing is there’s only 26 poses total. I bought a week pass, but I’ll stick to Ashtanga long term. It was a nice change though.

Straddle Practice:
– Side Split: 10 min video
– Middle Split: 8 minute video

My right split (right leg out) felt lower, left not so much. Middle was Probably Slightly Less Boring Than Working! My pancakes were Probably Slightly Less Boring Than Working and I went really low on my middle split when I touched my chest to the ground! I’m pretty sure I broke 9 inches.
