My jump through seems to basically be where it needs to be. Jump back still needs work. It’s the same movement as handstand press, which I should really still be practicing. Other than that, hammies felt good. I’m sore from yesterday though.
I hurt my right heel yesterday. Right split sucked. Left side looked really good. I think it got lower. Middle split was okay. I think I’ll switch the order though.
