Exercise Journal: 23.06.2015

Gymnastics: 1hr30
– Floor work: stretch, splits, bridge, handstands, rolls, cartwheels, front limber,
– Double mini: jumps
– Floor: front handspring, handstands, cartwheels

I did front handspring on the floor for the first time today. Also practiced handstands a lot after I managed to hold a handstand for about 10 freaking seconds. it was amazing. Also I was able to tuck handstand well a couple of times as well. Super excited about tonight.
