– Floor work: stretch, splits, bridge, rolls, extensions, cartwheels, front limber, back walkover
– Tumble track: jumps, front handsprings, roundoff back handspring
– Handstand press work
My warm up splits were really freaking low. Definitely noticed a good difference. Front limber is also improving. I did roundoff back handsprings for the first time! Those were fun, but scary. Going to class and getting out the house to exercise really improves my mood so much.
