3. 360 Degree Jumps (10 reps, each direction)
4. Hollow Body Plank (20 sec)
5. Jump Tuck Squats (10 reps)
6. Hollow Body Hold (20 sec)
7. Superman Hold (20 sec)
So I am officially bored… That’s always a problem. I’m going to try to change that. I just have to figure out how.
I wish I didn’t have to warm up for this. I really do like it though.
