EXERCISE:

30.05.2015
Ashtanga Yoga: 1hr
– Surya Namaskara A – Sun Salutation A
– Surya Namaskara B – Sun Salutation B
– Standing poses
– Primary Series (stopped at Navasana)
– Finishing Sequence

Straddle Practice:
– Side Split: 10 min video
– Middle Split: 8 minute video

PT:
– Ultimate Frisbee: 1hr30

02.06.2015
Gymnastics: 2hr
– Floor work: stretch, splits, bridge, rolls, extensions, cartwheels, front walk over!
– Bar: kips and things
– Tumble track: front handsprings, back handsprings, roundoff back handspring progression

Spent most of the time on the bar and then practicing the back handspring. I just need to practice until it becomes muscle memory.

03.06.2015
PT:
– Mungerball: 1h30

Handstand Work: 15min
I am a confused individual. I want to start GMB again.

Straddle Practice:
– Side Split: 10 min video
– Middle Split: 8 minute video

Right leg forward side split is deeper. My pancake was great.
