Exercise Journal: 26-28.05.2015

Gymnastics: 1hr30
– Floor work: stretch, splits, bridge, rolls, extensions, cartwheels, front walk over!
– Double mini: jumps, front flips
– Tumble track: jumps, front handsprings
– Handstand Press Practice: a lot of handstand press things

Pretty much have to relearn how to do handstands 😦

Ashtanga Yoga: 1hr10
– Surya Namaskara A – Sun Salutation A
– Surya Namaskara B – Sun Salutation B
– Standing poses
– Primary Series (stopped at Navasana)
– Finishing Sequence

Hammies felt great. Jump back and jump through really, really improving!!

Straddle Practice:
– Side Split: 10 min video
– Middle Split: 8 minute video

Probably should have done this everyday on my off days. ¬.¬
