New things I did today: cold lotus, cold Yoga-Nidrāsana, front walkover, bridge get up
Cool not new things I did today: correct front handsprings (straight arms, reach forward, look back), straddle handstand press
Tomorrow I will do Ashtanga, 10 more presses and stretch my straddle/pancake. My current goals are to be able to do the press handstand from seated position, to get straddle split and to perfect my pancake.
