I was finally ready to come back to Ashtanga. Doing it in the evening was a good choice. I felt nice and loose and didn’t feel like I’d lost anything, but a little better. Like the jump up thing from forward fold to plank.
– Pancake: 1hr
Managed almost completely flat back. I learned yesterday that if I just ease into it, hold a stretch until it becomes comfortable and then go further and repeat, then I become less frustrated.
