EXERCISE:

Straddle Practice:
– Wall Straddle: 2 hrs (non continuous)

– Wall Straddle: 2 hrs (non continuous)

Figured I’d do something after my long freaking break.

Gymnastics: 2 hr
– Floor work: stretch, splits, bridge, rolls, extensions, cartwheels, dive cartwheels
– Tumble track: jumps, front handsprings
– Handstand Press Practice: negative straddle handstand press
– Pancake stretch, seated happy baby stretch, Yoga-Nidrāsana

Yoga Nidrasana feels awesome on the lower back btw. I was really motivated to practice handstand press and straddle stretches after today.

Straddle Practice:
– Pancake: 1 hr
– Wall Straddle: 2 hrs +

I am determined with this wall stretch. So easy bc I can do other things.
