Gymnastics: 2 hr 15 min
– Floor work: sprints, rolls, extensions, cartwheels, round offs, splits, bridge
– Double mini: jumps, front flips
– Tumble track: jumps, front handsprings, back handsprings
– Handstand Press Practice: negative straddle handstand presses, negative pike handstand presses, negative tuck handstand presses
– Pancake stretch

Walleyball: 1hr

Handstand Press Practice:
– Front dumbbell raise: 6×4 @30lb
– Freestanding Negative Handstand Straddle Presses: 6×4
