Sit-Up: 65 reps in 1 min
Running: 1.5 mi in 12:23

Pole: 1hr30
Acroyoga: 1hr30

Handstand Press Practice:
– Negative Handstand Presses: 3×5

Straddle Practice:
– Wall Straddle: 10 mins w/ ankle weights
