– Pancake stretch!!!!!!
I did a real pancake stretch today! David? helped me. He basically pushed me into it and I am SO EXCITED! I bought a stick from Lowe’s so I can do isometric pancake stretching with it.
– Pancake: 15 mins!!!
– Wall Straddle: 15mins
