Exercise Journal: 14.04.2015

Ashtanga Yoga: 1hr
– Surya Namaskara A – Sun Salutation A
– Surya Namaskara B – Sun Salutation B
– Standing poses
– Primary Series (stopped at Bhuja Pidasana)
– Finishing Sequence

Gymnastics: 2 hr
– Floor work: stretch, splits, bridge, rolls, extensions
– Double mini: jumps, front flips
– Tumble track: jumps, front handsprings, back handsprings
– Handstand Press Practice: elevated handstand press, tuck handstands, handstands, front dumbbell raise, parallel bar pike presses
– Pancake stretch!!!!!!

I did a real pancake stretch today! David? helped me. He basically pushed me into it and I am SO EXCITED! I bought a stick from Lowe’s so I can do isometric pancake stretching with it.

Straddle Practice:
– Pancake: 15 mins!!!
– Wall Straddle: 15mins
