– Primary Series (stopped at Bhuja Pidasana)

Every morning I wake up to do Yoga, I really want to go back to sleep. And everytime I do yoga anyway, I feel so much better afterwards. My jump through really improved today. Also the whole not taking a rest day for handstand press really didn’t workout for me. It just discouraged me as my strength slowly seeped away from me.

I will probably edit this later to include more as i’m going back to handstand press practice today.
