– Suicides: 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 4/4 basketball court
– 30 Sit Ups
– Suicides: 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 4/4 basketball court
– 30 Squats
– Suicides: 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 4/4 basketball court
– Basketball: 30 minutes

Handstand Press Practice

Straddle Practice:
– Middle Split:: 10 minutes video
– Wall Straddle: 30 min +

My straddle isn’t really wide enough to do some of the handstand press exercises. 😦 I spent a lot of time on the straddle split. Trying to relax and not force it.
