Gymnastics: 2 hr
– Floor work: stretch, splits, bridge, rolls
– Double mini: jumps, front flip
– Beam: walking across
– Tumble track: jumps, front handspring!!
– Pull ups: 3 x 5
– L-Sit Hold: 1 x 10, 20, 15, 12, 12, 5
– L-Sit floor leg lifts: 2 x 15
– Straddle-Sit floor leg lifts: 2 x 15
– Splits Stretching
Today I did front handspring with no spot on the tumble track for the first time! So I did it over and over and over again to make sure I didn’t lose it! It was so exciting and so much easier than back handspring, which I will try to perfect next week!
– 30 mins of pancake stretching
Watched a tv show. Got pretty low. Not there yet.
