Okay so I noticed that this session felt REALLY good compared to other sessions and I came to the conclusion that doing yoga in the NOT morning is so much easier! I didn’t realize how cold and stiff I must be right after waking up. I was able to do so more more with so much more ease and a lot less pain. lol.
