Felt good. Definitely over the soreness hill. Rest day tomorrow. I really do like Yoga.

Last workout of the week and I was exhausted for it. I ran too fast for the first half mile and suffered for the rest of the run because of it. Hence the long break between 1.5 and 2.0 miles.
