Exercise Journal: 23.02.2015

Ashtanga Yoga: 1hr
– Surya Namaskara A – Sun Salutation A
– Surya Namaskara B – Sun Salutation B
– Standing poses
– Primary Series (stopped at Navasana)
– Finishing Sequence (omit Ūrdhva Padmāsana, Piṇḍāsana, Matsyāsana, Uttāna Pādāsana)

My one week break turned into two… oops. HOWEVER, good news is that my knee doesn’t hurt at all anymore! Aaaaannnnd I can still do lotus!!!!! OMG. 🙂 So I definitely thought I had lost some flexibility at first, but it turns out I was just cold. My goal was to do it 3 times this week. I may try to do it every weekday morning. That should help me get to bed on time! 🙂 I mean I already want to try it again tonight, since I have nothing else to do.
