Exercise Journal: 12-15.02.2015


Pole: 1h15

I was able to do a new pose. I forgot the name. It’s a type of handspring.

Acro Yoga: 1h

It was more fun today than last week. Still didn’t do as much as the first time I went, but getting closer.

– Pull Ups – deadhang: 3 x 5
– Bridge: 3 x 1:00
– Pike and Straddle Leg lifts: 3 x 15 per
– Side Split: 3:00
– Ankle Stretch: 3:00
– Pancake Stretch

A few of the things I want to get better at (or maintain: pull ups). I had to do the ankles one by one after the first one. My ankles are so tight. It’s sad.
