Exercise Journal: 03.02.2015

Gymnastics: 2 hr
– Floor work, rolls, cartwheels, round offs, handstands, walkovers
– Tumble track warm up
– Trampoline BACK HANDSPRINGS!!!
– Pull ups: 3 x 5
– L-sit hold: 6 x 10s
– L-sit tuck hold: 2 x 30s
– L-sit handstand press combo: 3 x 10s
– Bridge work, lotus work, etc
– Burnout: legs, arms and core

Pull ups were easy peasy! 🙂 Got over my fear of handsprings! My bridge is getting smaller. L-Sits getting higher! Handstands getting more solid! Walkover starting to form correctly. I had a great time today. 🙂
