Exercise Journal: 24-26.01.2015

SUP Yoga: 1 hr

– 2 mi: 22:45 min
I felt slow. I was at 15 min for a 1.5m. :/ I’d like to be a lot faster so I can get it over with and be ready for my test.

Ashtanga Yoga: 1hr
– Surya Namaskara A – Sun Salutation A
– Surya Namaskara B – Sun Salutation B
– Standing poses
– Primary Series (stopped at Navasana)
– Finishing Sequence (omit Ūrdhva Padmāsana, Piṇḍāsana, Matsyāsana, Uttāna Pādāsana)

I. WAS. ABLE. TO. DO. LOTUS!!!!! (a really weak one, but still!!!!) I also did headstand with out pushing off and held half handstand!! Whaaat?!

– Side Splits: 40 leg raises, 40s side split

Believe it or not, I decided to work out to get out of doing Physics. T_T
