Gymnastics: 2 hr
– Floor stuff: handstands, rolls; double mini
– Pull ups: 8
– L-sit hold: did a couple
– L-sit handstand press combo: did a couple, threw in some straight leg
– Off the wall handstands hold:a couple
– Many many straddle to handstand presses!!!! So hard, but so fun. I feel it in my inflexible hips!!
– Burn out legs, arms and core and then some
Def need to use the parallettes for the handstand presses as well as l-sits. So much work.
