EXERCISE:
Gymnastics: 2 hr
– Floor stuff: handstands, rolls; double mini
– Wide semi-sternum pull ups: 3×5, 3×3
– One bar dips: 3×5, 3×3
– L-sit hold: complete 60s total
– L-sit handstand press combo: 2×5, 1 to failure
– Off the wall handstands hold: 7 holds
– Burn out

Arms dead. Feel good. Bought some parallettes!
