– Mungerball: 1 hr 15 min

Ashtanga Yoga: 1hr
– Surya Namaskara A – Sun Salutation A
– Surya Namaskara B – Sun Salutation B
– Standing poses
– Primary Series (stopped at Navasana)
– Finishing Sequence (omit Ūrdhva Padmāsana, Piṇḍāsana, Matsyāsana, Uttāna Pādāsana)

08.01.2014
Gymnastics: 2 hr
– Floor handstands, forward/backward rolls, walk overs, kart wheels, roundoffs,
– Double mini jumps and front flips
– Trampoline jumps
– Pull ups, muscle up practice, l-sit/handstand press progression, wall handstand work
– Burn out: back extensions, handstand push ups, hanging v-ups, body plank lift

Decided to focus on Muscle ups, handstands and L-sit, especially the last two. Cutting out Levers. Muscle ups include pull ups and dips.

Muscle ups – sternum pull ups and one bar belly button dips
Handstands – against wall look at toes
L-sit – holds and handstand press on parallette
