Exercise Journal: 06.01.2015

EXERCISE:

Ashtanga Yoga: 1hr
– Surya Namaskara A – Sun Salutation A
– Surya Namaskara B – Sun Salutation B
– Standing poses
– Primary Series (stopped at Navasana)
– Finishing Sequence (omit Ūrdhva Padmāsana, Piṇḍāsana, Matsyāsana, Uttāna Pādāsana)

Gymnastics: 2 hr
– Floor stuff, tumbling tramp stuff like front and back handsprings, pull ups, muscle ups, wall handstands, handstand push ups, l-sit

Got in the main exercises I wanted to, going to work on pull up holds, wall handstands, l-sits and a new thing was planche plank.
