Push + Legs:
– Dip: 3×5
– L-Sit: 3×20s
– Handstand Push Up: 3×5
– Handstand Hold: 3× 60s, 45s, 30s
– Dumbbell Triceps Extension: 3×8 30lb
– Pistol Hold: 5 + 10s (per leg)

Ashtanga Yoga: 45m
– Surya Namaskara A – Sun Salutation A
– Surya Namaskara B – Sun Salutation B
– Standing poses
– Primary Series (stopped at Navasana)
– Finishing Sequence (omit Ūrdhva Padmāsana, Piṇḍāsana, Matsyāsana, Uttāna Pādāsana)

I did it on my own this time, no video. Still took about the same time. Almost. Push was long. Mostly because of handstands. My pistols really suck on the right leg. I have no ankle flexibility. 😦
