– Pull Up: 3×5
– Inverted Row: 3×8
– Dumbbell Bent Over Row: 3×8 @25 lb (per arm)
– Dumbbell Hammer Curl: 3×8 @ 20lb (per arm)
– Pistol Hold 1×10s + 5 reps (per leg)

Ashtanga Yoga: 1hr
– Surya Namaskara A – Sun Salutation A
– Surya Namaskara B – Sun Salutation B
– Standing poses
– Primary Series (stopped at Navasana)
– Finishing Sequence

So last last (maybe another last) time I went to Ashtanga class, my teacher told me that my body looked more defined. That was only after 2 weeks of bodyweight/weight training, and I could also tell my abs looked way better too. I modified it a little to make it more goal focused. Pull didn’t need much help, but I added legs 1) for legs sake and 2) to help my ankle flexibility.
