Drinking Bird: 2×10
Single Leg Bridge: 2×10
Elevated Single-Leg Calf Raise: 2×20

Ashtanga Yoga: 1hr
– Surya Namaskara A – Sun Salutation A
– Surya Namaskara B – Sun Salutation B
– Standing poses
– Primary Series (stopped at Navasana)
– Finishing Sequence
