Did the beginner’s version of a jump back I found by KinoYoga, a walk back. I was able to do the vinyasa flows all the way through the primary series this way. Only did the last one in the finishing sequence though. Also, only one week back to weightlifting (half at least) and I already look better. Half and half it is. 🙂
