– Burpee: 2 x 10
– Body Weight Squat: 2 x 30
– Push-Up: 2 x 20
– Dumbbell Lunges: 2 x 20
– Running: 2 x 100m

Pole: 1hr15
– Cool stuff

Ashtanga Yoga: 1hr15
– Surya Namaskara A – Sun Salutation A
– Surya Namaskara B – Sun Salutation B
– Standing poses
– Primary Series (stopped at Navasana)
– Finishing Sequence

I couldn’t do most of the vinyasa flows after the pole workout. Arms are shot. I really really like yoga and want to get so much better. Eve pole and yoga have things in common.

Gymnastics: 2hr

I did backflips for the first time! Not as hard as I thought it would be.
