– Surya Namaskara B – Sun Salutation B
– Standing poses
– Primary Series
– Finishing Sequence

Adult GYMFit:
– General Gymnastics: 02:00:00
Splits, Cartwheels, Roundoffs, Forward Rolls, Strength and Flexibility Tests.

No trampoline, except jumps for one of the tests. I really liked today. I needed the break. I got so much lower on my splits! pretty much did all the tests, as well.
