Circuit: Three Rounds of 5 Reps, 15 deadlift

Pull Ups / Horizontal Pulls / Leg Raises Combo:
– Pull Ups/Tuck Knee Front Lever Rows/Hanging Fan Raise Combo: 5, 5, 5

Handstand Push Up
– Wall Half Handstand Push Ups: 5, 5, 5

Push ups/Dips
– One Arm Push Up: 5, 5, 5

– Intermediate Shrimps: 5, 5, 5

– 1-Arm RDL: 15, 15, 15

– RKC planks: 30s

Blah. boring. I’m in a space that does not allow for me to do circuits easily right now, so this’ll have to do. I’m starting to hate this program. I’ve plateaued for so long. Not sure what to do… Move on maybe?

Yoga on the other hand was awesome! I really lucked out finding this!
