Handstand Push Up
– Wall Half Handstand Push Ups: 5, 5, 5

Leg Raises
– Hanging V-Raise Windshield Wipers: 5
– Hanging Fan Raise: 5, 5

Push ups/Dips
– One Arm Push Up: 5, 5
– Legs Forward Dips: 5

Plank
– RKC planks: 30s, 30s, 30s
