Horizontal Pulls
– Tuck Knee Front Lever Rows: 10, 8, 6

Deadlift
– 1-Arm RDL: 15 l, 12 r
– Back Bridges: 8

Pull Ups: 6, 5, 5

Handstand Push Up
– Wall Bent Handstand Push Ups: 12, 14, 10

Leg Raises
– Hanging V-Raise Windshield Wipers: 7
– Hanging Fan Raise: 7, 5

Push ups/Dips
– One Arm Push Up: 12, 8
– Legs Forward Dips: 7

Plank
– RKC planks: 30s, 20s, 20s

Splits Training…
