– Run: 25 min
– Sprints: 10 min, walk curves, run straights

Didn’t keep track of how many laps we did.

Adult GYMFit:
– General Gymnastics: 02:00:00
Round offs, handstands, running front flip on double mini, tumbling trampoline practice

I really wanted to work on my back handspring.  Did not get a chance to do that today. 😦 I did however really stick some badass handstands!!


I feel shin split-y.  Not sure if it’s from running or gymnastics or both… ¬.¬
