Adult GYMFit:
– General Gymnastics: 02:00:00
Round offs, handstands, walking handstands, Running front flip, front handspring, back handspring
– Straight Leg V-Ups: 8 reps
– Hollow Body Rock and Superman Rock: 60s

Next week I want to be able to do a back handspring without a spot.
