Stretch

Circuit 1: 3 sets of
– 1 min push ups
– 30 secs arm raises
– 1 min wide arm push ups

Circuit 2:
– 1 min V-Up81
– 1 min Wide Leg Sit-Up
– 1 min Russian Twist
– 1 min Flutter Kick

Circuit 3:
– 1 min Body Weight Supported Squat
– 1 min Mountain Climbers
– 1 min Jump Squat (Toyotas)
