Exercise Journal: 26.08.2014

Adult GYMFit:
– Floor, Running Trampoline, Normal Trampoline, Long trampoline: 1 hr 50 min
– Conditioning: 10 mins

Not only did I do a front flip off the trampoline, I actually landed it multiple times unlike last week! I also did the backwards hand spring for the first time! This is my fourth week doing gymnastics and I love it. The human body is so capable!
